How to rearrange pages in a PDF
Add your PDF and every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag any page to a new position, and the order updates as you go. When it looks right, save - you get a new PDF with the pages in your order, and the original file on your computer is left untouched.
You can do three things on the same screen: drag to rearrange, click the rotate arrow to turn a sideways page upright, and click the cross to drop a page you do not want. All three are applied together when you save, so a scanned document that came out in the wrong order with a couple of upside-down pages can be fixed in one pass.
Why this one does not upload your file
Most page-reordering sites send your document to a server, rearrange it there, and send it back. That is a strange thing to do with a contract, a bank statement or a medical record. This tool runs entirely inside your browser - the PDF is read by your own device and never transmitted. You can watch the counter on the page stay at zero bytes uploaded, or disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works.
