Each swatch shows its hex code and copies to your clipboard when you click it. You can also download the palette as a plain list, as CSS custom properties ready to paste into a stylesheet, or as JSON for a design token file.
The image is sampled down, near-transparent pixels are ignored, and the remaining colours are bucketed and ranked by how much of the image they cover. Colours too similar to one already chosen are skipped, so you get a usable spread rather than six shades of the same blue.
This tool returns the dominant palette rather than a single pixel. To target one area, crop or screenshot just that part first and run it through.
